I’m currently looking into hysteroscopy sets for hospital use and wanted to understand how hospitals usually compare quality before making a purchase. Since these instruments are used for delicate procedures, I feel that price alone shouldn’t be the deciding factor.

Some of the things I think are important are the quality and durability of the instruments, optical clarity, ease of handling, compatibility with existing equipment, and how well the set performs with regular use. It would also be useful to check whether the supplier provides proper product details, warranty or guarantee terms, and after-sales support.

While comparing options, I’m also considering a hysteroscopy set dealer in india, but I’m not sure what questions should be asked before selecting one. For example, should hospitals ask about material quality, available configurations, delivery timelines, replacement parts, servicing, and maintenance support?

I’d also like to know how much importance should be given to the dealer’s experience and reputation. Are there any common red flags, such as unclear pricing, limited product information, poor service support, or unrealistic quality claims, that buyers should watch for?

For those who have purchased hysteroscopy equipment before, what factors helped you decide between different suppliers? Any practical advice or experiences would be appreciated.
